Huntsman Elite - Chroma lights lock along with volume control and mute

my lighting effects on the huntsman elite will lock up after a couple of days from my last reboot. it also affects the volume/mute knob.

if I unplug the keyboard and plug back in it will fix, or a reboot.

no other means seem to work.
I have tried almost every USB port on my computer to the same effect.

all other razer chroma device, lights work with no problems.

Same.I am using firmware 1.04 and still have the issue.

Not a great marriage so far. I bought 8 peripherals over a 6 months time frame and 3 of them have either firmware, software or hardware issues (Huntsman Elite, Nommo Chroma 2.0 and Nari Ultimate's).
I just updated my keyboard firmware as well. and it seem to work fine for a couple of days, but now its locked again. Ya, I have problem with my Nari Ultimate's as well, would not charge, I just replaced the USB cable, and what do you know its charging again. I am a big Razer fan, all my computers have at least a razer key board and mouse. but I am starting to rethink my future purchases.

How long does it usually take before the lighting effects get stuck? Have you tried repairing, if not, reinstalling the app?

@Bioacid @Dynamyte71 Please PM me so I can help you two troubleshoot.
I would say about 24 hours. I will reboot, it will work, then the next day I will notice its locked.
it has done this since I got the keyboard, and I have been through 2 system reloads since then. I have also reinstalled synapses 3 a few times. as for repairing, no I have not requested an RMA for it.

It is possible that a third-party process or app is causing the lighting controller to fail. Please send me your Synapse logs via PM so we can check what's going on in the background. You can use this to collect the necessary files.
