Huntsman Elite issues....

Mid March, I got a brand new Huntsman Elite Keyboard. The first week, all was awesome, but since then, I have started to suffer from my whole input setup getting messed up.

I use a Naga Trinity alongside, have Synapse 3 installed, did a Malware check, and even a full reinstall of my system so far, but no changes.

The issues show themselves as following:

When the issue occurs, in my web browser, I can no longer scroll, but it zooms, as if some modifier key (CTRL would be the one, in this case) is stuck, additionally, it doesn't want to register clicks properly anymore. On top, within other programs, I also have the 'CTRL is pressed' issue. Trying to type on, say, Discord, makes a true fireworks of pop-outs (from Discord itself) show up.

This doesn't occur all the time around, but only when I have used my computer for 2-3 hours, to get rid of this, I need to do a full reboot, which luckily still works via mouse, despite normal programs not always registering the clicks.

For now, I have returned to my old Blackwidow Chroma V2.

I utterly love the (even if gimmicky on part of the wrist rest) Huntsman Elite, its media keys, the super responsive keys themselves....but even with the latest Firmware, the most recent Synapse 3, and a fresh windows, it is an utter mess.
I am contemplating to return it, and get a refund from my vendor, the 2nd Time I might have to do this with a Razer product so far, the first was the utter disaster called Nari Ultimate (currently running the Kraken Ultimate, which is all I loved on the Kraken I had before, just with Synapse 3, and better, only thing I miss are the haptic drivers of the Nari Ultimate).

I would like to hear if there is a possible solution, outside of 'get a replacement' or 'It is a Firmware/Synapse 3 issue, we are working on it'. In the former case, I'd simply return and refund it alltogether, while in the latter case, I'd like to know an ETA for the fix.

Stay safe and healthy everyone!

Update: Using the Blackwidow Chroma V2 since I posted this thread. No issue since then.
