It is usually frowned upon when reporting issues when using Razer products on Insider builds of Windows. However, if Razer wants to get ahead on day one of Windows 11 Launch, then I think it's best that Razer have a Windows 11 thread that they listen too. If there is one, then I apologize.
My issue: The volume knob is useless. When I try to turn the volume up or down, the volume indicator shows the volume staggering up and down where it will eventually go up and down. However, the volume can never reach 0 or 100%.

I agree with your suggestion. I've cascaded it to the team. By the way, have you updated the keyboard's firmware to v1.04.00 r1? Also, have you checked if the behavior happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
