I have a Huntsman Elite keyboard with a volume wheel on it, and when I use it the volume decides whether to go down or up randomly, regardless of what I do. The volume will practically stay in the same place because it is turning up and down despite turning the wheel one way.
Is there a fix for this? I am not finding anything on google...

Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Ensure that the keyboard's firmware has been updated by clicking this link.

It is working at least 90% better with synapse close, I can see that it still sometimes goes the wrong way if I use the volume knob slow enough to see each number, but it is workable. Synapse says there are no updates - 3.7.429.50715. This model of Huntsman Elite I guess does not have a firmware update, it is product ID (*Omitted).

I see. Thanks for confirming. By the way, the Razer Huntsman support page offer this firmware v1.04.00 r1: https://rzr.to/kDIkZ. Let me know if you were able to update the device.
