My Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition TKL seems to have dead keys (A, Z, V, Win Key). I already tried plugging it to different USB ports, resetting profiles, using it to another PC, reinstalling Synapse & updating driver, and the "Esc + Caps Lock + Space" method (even in the demo mode, the keys don't respond) but none of it solved the problem. I got an idea of popping off the dead switches and swapping it with the working ones (R Alt, R Shift, R Ctrl, Select) but in my surprise, the "working ones" worked with the supposedly dead switches leaving the "dead keys" still not working. Can someone suggest something?
The keyboard is 1 year old, I bought it from a Legitimate Online Store, and it doesn't have any other problem before.

I appreciate the steps you've already performed to isolate and resolve this behavior. It seems like the keyboard has a hardware issue. If the keyboard is still within warranty, please contact your reseller, and ask for a warranty claim. Otherwise, you can submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
