Hypersense Haptic Intensity

Hey everyone

Just bought my first Razer product, the Kraken V3 Hypersense. So far it seems pretty good, the audio is clear and mic seems to be fine for gaming. But the feature that got me interested in this headset, the haptics, I find lacking. I had the Corsair HS60 Haptic version (those who don't know, it has a wheel or slider for the haptic intensity, so basically custom level at any given time) and the haptic performance on it was great. Sadly, I had to let them go because of other audio issues. Anyway, onto the point: The haptic settings are very limited on this product. On low, it's just barely there. On medium, you start to notice it but want more. On high, my ears get blown out like it was WW3. See the issue? I think it would be a vastly better product if the haptic intensity was customizable or if there was a couple of more intensity levels. I tried to fiddle around with the EQ, more bass and volume equals more haptics on medium, but the sound gets muddy and too loud for my preference.
Anyone else have thoughts about this?

Would you like more haptic intensity levels?

Ya I think I'd like another level between each existing one. I like Medium but if a game has lots of guys talking with deeper voices I have to turn it down to Low. If a game has no talking High is sometimes cool but sometimes too much, It really varies with each game. I can see how it would be annoying though to have too many levels since you need to click the button on headset to scroll through them all.

Thank you for your input! This could be a concern for sure, but fixable. It would need a little work in Synapse but I believe it would be possible to make custom amount of presets to shuffle through and remove ones you don't like. Or have the default settings as a separate option and a customizable slider in Synapse to overdrive it when enabled. I'm sure the coders at Razer would solve this without a problem. 🙂
