I can't use Synapse | I bought my first Razer peripheral

I bought a cynosa lite, it is my first peripheral, the keyboard works perfect, I would say like any generic keyboard.

I am trying for four days to use Synapse to configure my keyboard, when I open Synapse 3, only a completely black and bugueda window appears.

I have tried everything, reinstall cleanly, use different versions of Synapse, use Synapse 2 (in the case of Synapse 2, when I open it stays on the initial screen that says "Record devices")

Use the repair tool, also the error identifier, everything.

I even format my computer and installed a different Windows 10 version, and nothing at all. I can't use Synapse.

Please I need help.
