Hello, I have the Razer Kraken X headset. I didnt use the 7.1 Sourround sound, but now I want. But I dont got an "activation code". How do I get it?

Is this a brand new Kraken X headset?

From what I know, there should be a scratch card within the box that'll come with the headset for your 7.1 Surround Sound activation. But if you haven't received anything, please try to register your device by following this guide. An activation code should be sent to your email within 24 hours of its registration. But If you received nothing within the given timeframe, PM me the serial number of your device so I can check its registration status and assist you further.
