"i" key intermittently doesn't work on my RAZER BLACKWIDOW ULTIMATE 2016

I've been having an intermittent problem with my "i" key. It works 80-90% of the time but the other 10-20% of the time it just doesn't work. It's also strange that the problem sometimes goes away after a restart and then comes back after a while. This older keyboard still requires Razer Synapse 2.0 and my new Razer mouse requires the new 3.0 software so I have them both installed. Not sure if that is causing some issues or why that would only cause issues with a single key but I thought I'd put that out there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
