I recently bought the Razer Hammerhead True wireless X's and they don't work.

I recently bought the Razer Hammerhead True wireless X's.
When I use them on my phone they're working almost fine, I have to have them in .5 meters in range of my phone else they don't work and there's allot of bass so I had to lower it, but this isn't the main issue.

The main issue is when I tried using them on my computer, I connected them successfully and they worked! Then I tried using the microphone on discord and it didn't work so I decided to go into sound settings to try and figure out the problem, I went to the sound control panel then clicked "Recording" in the sound tab then it proceeded freeze and my audio broke, this happens every time I try and do this without fail. Now when I connect them they won't even work! When I connect them now the sound doesn't work and when I go to audio devices there's only "Razer Headset" when previously there was also "Razer Headphones"

I've had so much stress over all of this and I don't know if I should just refund them. I've been hyped to use them for so long and as a big razer fan I don't want to be disappointed like this. Please help, thanks.

Sorry to hear about your ongoing concern with the earbuds. Does the issue happen while pairing the device to another computer? Is it still pairing and working after connecting it back to your smartphone? I’ll be locking this thread now.
