I was charged for razer gold but the order was marked as canceled so I didn't get the money.

I was trying to add gold to my razer wallet and I had used paypal but when I had confirmed the purchase and went back to the order screen it said that the order had been canceled. I did not receive the gold but was charged from my card anyway. There is no money in my paypal wallet either and I don't know how to refund the purchase.
