Hi,

I just bought a valorant points code in razer gold. When I tried to redeem it, it says that the code is not applicable for my country. Both my riot account and razer gold region are in india. Later I found a closed thread with the same issue ( /valorant-redeem-code-not-valid.82253/ ) . IS RAZER REALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE? . I submitted a support ticket and let you guys know how it goes.

I already submitted ticket and whenever I try to connect to an agent it shows agent unavailable.

Maybe you bought a wrong one. Did you check the country options in Razer Gold website?

Noo, My country in razer website is the same one that I live and the same country my riot account is associated.
It's been three days since I sumitted my ticket, there's no response from razer. I tried to use the live chat but its just a bunch of automated messages and not letting me to connect to an real agent.
But I have received a response from riot side. They asked me to share the code and they will try to redeem it for me.

The response to your ticket might take up to two weeks. (It is my experience.)

Never seen voice chat work it's very expensive option. But two weeks seem like a very long time. Watching to see what happens let's use know any updates.
