Is there a Mac Utility for updating Firmware on Kiyo Pro - Autofocus issues are massive

Hey there,

We bought a bunch of Kiyo Pros for our office and the autofocus issues are basically rendering the camera's useless. I am shocked that Razer released this to the public in it's current state. I noticed that there is an update for the firmware that "might" address the autofocus issues but for some unknown reason RAZER decides to gate the firmware update and it's unclear how you get it. I have emailed support but it seems strange that with such a a huge issue they don't make the firmware update available. The other thing that is odd is that if you are on a Mac there is no way to do a firmware update. Yes I could run VMware or Parallels but that's not the point. I shouldn't have to. Making a firmware updater for MAC should take the devs at Razer less than a few days.

Anyone have any insight or suggestions on how to address the autofocus issue? Many thanks!

The firmware is still currently under observation, and we are trying to track if users notice any improvement or additional issues. But as far as I know, the updater is only for the Windows platform. Do send me the serial number if you want to give it a try.
