says serial number unknown copyed it exactly *removed from public view* even tried variations with turning zeros to O's these were purchased around 10/07/16

Please send these to me via PM so I can help you out. Do note that based on the photos of the serial numbers you shared, the devices you purchased were manufactured in 2016. I highly recommend that you switch to newer variants to avoid issues with warranty claims if you ever need one in the future.
