Kaira Pro for PS5 Issues

Hey.
Not sure if anyone can help. I keep having issues with my Kaira Pro (Dual Wireless) for PS5 headset. Every time I turn the headset on, the mic is turned on, regardless if it's switched off or not, headset volume is set to high, and now the led "Power" light stays on (with a light blue hue), when the headset is turned off.
I had the first 2 issues a few months ago, and Razer was kind enough to send me a replacement, but the replacement had the same issues out of the box. Razer also turned off replies on my original post, after they replied to it, so I never got to hear from other users.
I don't know what to do. I really shouldn't have these issues on a $200 headset, and they don't seem to be updating drivers for it, which is really concerning. Is anyone having this issues and getting the appropriate support for it?
