Keyboard problem - Starcraft II

  1. Hi there,

    I have a problem with my keyboard Razer Marauder Starcraft II - my system dont see it.Oonce my keyboard just stopped working. When Im connecting it by USB - i hearing sound that tell me, that windows see connection, but in device menager I see "unknown device" - keyboard is dead, not working and have not lights. But when Im disconnecting it - lighting turning on for a one second.

    I was recently migrate on win 10 - so I buy new ssd disc and installed new windows - I wonder is this some driver/windows problem and if so, that problem might be solved, but no - still my keyboard not responding. I just downloaded new drivers, and even in keyboard menager i have info that it not see any razer keyboard.

    So... what can I do? Is my Razer friend dead? I liked that keyboard very much...

    You should try to test the keyboard on another system, but to be honest, this may be a driver issue. The latest device driver I found for your keyboard only supports Windows 8.1. You can try out the other available drivers from here, but I wouldn't bet on it.
  3. Thanks for response. Yup I tested keyboard on another systems, but it doesn't work and it may be a driver issue... so, my keyboard is dead :slightly_sad:

    Does it appear as an unknown device on other systems as well? If so, then you're highly likely dealing with faulty hardware. I'm sorry I couldn't find a way to revive your friend.
