My headset keeps disconnecting, I then searched the forums and came across this thread, mine does exactly the same. I did test it on other computers and still does the same.
Does anyone else have an idea what I can do to fix it?

Kitty headset keeps disconnecting, reconnecting. updated synaps, repaired razor synaps, uninstalled, reinstalled headset from device manager.
changed usb ports, 2.0 and 3.2 still both have issue
uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled drivers
in the device manager when it stops working it removes itself from audio imput/output and sound, video and game controllers but not from human inferface devices
still occurs after exiting cortex/synapse
already reviewed

Have you contacted our Support Team? Otherwise, please send me the following:
a. Synapse 3.0 logs.
b. MSinfo logs.
