Kiyo Issues With Synapse 3

Hey, so I just got the Kiyo and have been unable to set it up. (See attached picture.) I can click Camera or Synapse for all eternity and nothing happens, and I can't adjust settings/see a preview. My Razer Blade laptop detects it but the desktop I have gives me this problem.


I've uninstalled/reinstalled/switched USB ports and all that jazz. I've never had this much trouble with a Razer product before.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0 concern here. Have you replicated the issue by installing the software on a different computer? Please check your anti-virus or firewall if it is blocking any Razer-related software. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
hi I have a Razer Kiyo and installed synapse, but when I open it it says please add device, not recognising camera despite being plugged. any help?
