Kraken 7.1 V2 Micophone Issue when settings in Synapes

This is my first time having major issue with using razer products. I can not find any post thread related to what I experiencing (via googling) so decided to post this thread.

I was using kraken 7.1 v1 headphone for a while. The sound and microphone was perfect but it hurts my ear when wearing at long period of time, so decided to buy kraken 7.2 v2 instead. This is when problem occurs.

Although I have format my windows and reinstall new windows 10, I have problem when I activated Mic noise, ambient noise reduction, mic volume, or any adjustment in synapse. The problem is the mic randomly mute for no reason (without notification or warning). The problem disappear when I have no adjustment to the microphone settings related.

My keyboard noise and ambient noise all go into the mic and it is very annoying for recording video or chatting online with my friends. Thinking that if I can not fix this problem I might go for other headphone.

I am not sure whether the problem occurs from hardware (headphone v2) or an updated version of synapse software.

*I have switched my headphone with the local retailer I bought from but the problem is the same.
** I have updated latest synapse software up to date (29/3/19)
Please help me since I really love this headphone sounds and very comfortable.

If you just recently patched to Windows 10 1809, please uninstall Synapse along with the headset drivers then reboot. Send me a PM should the problem persist so we can further isolate.
