I just received the "Kraken for Console" headset and I noticed that my microphone input always picks my PC audio as well. It's not an issue of my speakers being loud, even with the microphone muted it still picks up that audio. It's rather loud too, only slightly less quiet than the PC's audio. Turning the volume dial all the way down fixes it, but then I can't hear anything. I've messed around with Windows controls all day and haven't found a way to fix it. Troubleshooting found nothing, listen to device is off, pretty much every common suggestion I could find hasn't worked. I couldn't even find documentation of this headset on the support website. If anyone has an idea of what the problem could be, please let me know.

Hi, check if the splitter is connected correctly. I mean, you have to plug it in order to not see anymore the jack. Literally you dont have to see the jack. Well good luck
