So I was fixing my mic settings on Razer synphase for few min to get the perfect settings after few min when was on check sound (so I can hear myself what other people will hear) after a while I could hear echo so I turned it of but I can now still hear myself (but not echo anymore). Also now when I'm on Razer synphase I cant customize my headset. It will show me loading on that device so I have no control over it, but I can still hear stuff from them and i still hear my mic through them.


Sorry for bad grammar I'm dyslexic and English isn't my first language.

Hello! Thanks for posting your Kraken Kitty's concern here. Have you tried connecting it to a different computer and check if the issue persists? Make sure that you are connected to a USB port, not on a USB hub.
