Kraken Pro v2

Good Afternoon everyone,

i bought in 2018 the Kraken Pro V2 from amazon, after more than a year browsing on internet, i've found that also my razer headset is eligible for the software surround sound, then i heard about people that found the key for the activation inside the box, while me nop. Then on and other famouse support website some people told me that the activation code not come with kraken prov 2, but i have to contact the support for obtain it.

As said i've opened two ticket, one is in nw since a week, an other one, same. I would like to know if you experience the same issue, and in case how i can resovle that.

I would like to avoid to change the headset again.
