my kraken TE has no audio in the game audio only in the Chat audio and i did everything as the manual said and still works in game chat only and no audio in any other mode only in chat mode

Hello! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please bypass the USB Audio controller and connect the headset to a 3.5mm port and check if there's audio. Have you tried connecting it to a different computer and check if the issue persists? Make sure that you are connected to a USB port, not on a USB hub. Also, if you are using a Windows computer, use the sound troubleshooter and see if it helps.
