Kraken Tournament edition THX button

Hello Razer community,

I have recently purchased the Kraken Tournament Edition and for the most of the time I have been happy with it.

However, I have noted the following issue.

So initially when I bought this set I had 10 years old Dell laptop and I had 0 problems with the set on such old laptop. All was functioning well including the THX Button on USB controller. Afterwards, I purchased ROG Strix laptop and I have installed Razer Synapse the same way I did on my old Dell. However, this time around I have noticed that THX button on the controller does not work always. I press it, but nothing happens THX stays on and I cannot disable it by the button. I have to go the Synapse app to disable it if I want off completely.

Anyway, the laptop had issues and I have sent it back to ASUS and with the money back I got Alienware m17 R3 and again even with other device, the THX button on the controller sometimes does work and sometimes does not. I tried different ports, laptop restarts and I am unable to get to the culprit of the issue. I can have a good day and the button will work but most of the time it does not do anything. Granted this is small issue as I can still control THX via Synapse and I have profiles set in different apps but still I would expect this to work.

BTW I still have the old laptop and when I plug it there the button works.

Can somebody explain this and offer possible solution? Is this known bug or user error?
