I had a quick question. So I bought the Kraken Ultimate for working from home and gaming. I have two separate profiles for each application — emphasis on mic noise cancellation for working from home (my house can get noisy), and emphasis on surround sound and mic quality for gaming.
In my work from home situation, I work inside a virtual secure workspace that locks down my computer as I work, meaning I can’t access Synapse or any of my other programs while I’m working. I noticed my lighting reverts to default as I work so I’m wondering if my mic settings revert to default or if I’m in the last saved mic profile I was using before I entered the virtual workspace.
