So I just bought the Kraken X. When i was testing it, i found out that my laptop couldn't recognize the microphone as it's still using my laptop's microphone. And it does not have the option to let me choose the headset's mic. Anyone knows how to solve it? Thank you very much!
P.S. the audio does work.

I had the same problem too. With my Kraken X Lite, I use my extender, which has seperate ports for the microphone and sound. Try using that. I hope it works for as well as it did for me, and, if your voice is quiet, increase your sensitivity through Windows.

Hello. Thank you for your reply. It's a very good idea but im using my headset for my laptop and PS4 which only has one headphone jack. I have tried only plugging in the pink one which is the microphone but it doesnt work too. But thank you for your reply anyway:)
