KrakenKittyChromaUSB Disconnecting and Reconnecting

I bought my FIRST headset April 19, 2020 and a month in it kept disconnecting from my computer. It would making a popping noise in the ears when disconnecting and then it would immediately reconnect. When it would reconnect it would slow down my mouse and cause issues with it. Then they sent me a replacement headset and that one worked for a little longer, 4 months then started having the SAME problem. So they sent me another replacement. I've honestly just avoided using the headset for periods of time longer than 30 mins just because I know it's defective. But today I submitted another support ticket because it's gotten SO bad now that I can't go 10 mins without it disconnecting and reconnecting over and over with this popping sound. I have updated drivers, I have installed and updated Synapse, I have tested the headset on my switch, my microsoft surface and my bfs computer. Windows is all up to date. I have went to the sound settings and played with all settings there. I KNOW this is an issue with a defective cord or USB port. And because they keep sending me replacement ones with the same issue, seems like a bunch of these are defective. When I look it up online so many people have this same issue. It's so depressing. I can't enjoy playing a game because I get so mad at it and then spend my time writing this instead. I just wasted 150 bucks on actual garbage that is useless when this brand is supposed to be of quality. I will tell EVERYONE to not get these and avoid the trouble.
