Hi guys,

So my battery swole up inside the laptop during regular use.

This happened as soon as my warranty went out.

I so i got a new battery to replace it. Im not sure what happened but after installing it and using for a couple of hours my laptop shut down and no longer turn on. It only shows a breathing blinking light.

What is the step i can do to get my 3000 dollar laptop fixed?

Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you,

Luis

Have you submitted a case to our Support Team? What is the model of your laptop? Razer is offering an out-of-warranty service/repair, as long as it's not an obsolete model. Please submit a case by clicking this link or send me a PM so I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread now.
