Left ebud of Hammerhead X disconnecting

  1. Hello!
    The left earbud of my Hammerhead True Wireless X keeps disconnecting from device and the app can't connect (Honor 50 5G)!
    I've already tried workarounds on the websites, can you help?

    Are you referring to the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X. Did you try pairing the headset to another smartphone? Please check the steps below:
    1. Adjust the earbuds until they fit snugly, or try swapping out the ear tips to find a pair that seals well.
    2. Use the mobile app to do a fitting test to ensure you have a good seal.
    3. Disable the Auto Play/Pause feature if you cannot get a secure seal.
