Hi, I am having a problem where the Lian Li Dynamic Razer case keeps disconnecting and reconnecting messing with synapse, constantly making the disconnect and reconnect sound, and restarting it's lighting. The USB is fully seated, I have installed a fresh copy of windows, but the issue still persists.

Specs:
Ryzen 3700x
MSI B550 Gaming Carbon Wifi
RTX 3070
1 TB NVMe
16 gb GSkill 3000 mhz

The ram has already been memtested, the cpu is at stock, and all drivers have been installed.
How can I diagnose and fix this problem with the dynamic case? Thank you.

The issue starts with the dynamic case but then evolves into all the usbs connected. Soon, my headset starts to disconnect, my water cooler starts to disconnect, etc.
I have already gone into device manager and power settings to disable "Save Power with USB" features as well.
Windows has now started to state "the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned" and it is only the case's usb which is disconnecting (confirmed by a usb logger). Would this mean the module in the case is defective?

i can only confirm everything. currently i have disconnected the case from the mainboard via usb - everything works perfectly.
has anyone else got any ideas?

I fixed it. It’s a problem with all b550 boards from all manufactures. The case works as intended. Disable PCIE gen 4 in the bios and it’ll be fine. No problems since.
thanks for the answer. i had already tried that yesterday - unsuccessfully. change from (Auto) to Gen3? or what exactly do you mean. could you please send me a screenshot? :D
