Lost activation code and can't get a new one ?!

    Hi,

    Last year I bought a Kraken X headphone and was using it with Razer Surround (in Synapse) like I did with my Tiamat. But at some time, I began having a buzzing sound when using the Surround option so I wanted to try with the latest app Razer Surround 7.1. I installed it and, surprise, I need an activation code... I think the activation code was in the box when I bought the headphone but I can't find it anymore...
    So I contacted support and the answer is that I can get the code only ONCE ! What the hell ?! Why are you blocking your customers like this ?! My headphone is registered on my account and I have proof of buying !

    Are Razer products worth it anymore...?

    PM me the headset's serial number, the email address associated with your Razer ID. I can use those to check the registration status of your device and verify if there's an allocated code in your account.
