Low FPS in csgo (Newbie asking)

So im rather new to the whole pc and laptop gaming world, and the only game I play really is csgo and for the longest time I only had a mac book. But then macs couldn't run csgo anymore so I upgraded and I now have the razer blade 15 model year 18

spec-

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 -8750H CPU- @2.20GHz I also belive it boost up to 3.3GHz

GTX 1060 Max-q design (I know wrong choice)

it has 16GB of ram

256GB of SSD

Computer works great I was playing csgo a couple of months ago and then the division 2 came out for console. But now im done and back to grinding in csgo to finally not be trash. I started paying attention to my frames and I noticed I was only at 80 - 100 fps while in game on the lowest setting, at my native resolution. which I know this computer can handle way more then that on a game like csgo.
The only other game ive tried is apex legend where I averaged higher fps then on csgo, which makes no sense.

Ive now gotten to the point were ive tried a lot, Ive updated the drivers, ive set all the settings for performance from battery to display, ive gone into the graphics card settings and changed them to be preferable for csgo, Ive done fps\\_max 0. Ive completely uninstalled cago with everything that comes with it from the for csg profile and the common files. Then reinstalled it and got only slightly better results. And now ive got nothing I tried asking razor for help but that was pretty useless as they just asked me to revert my windows update which didn't really help.

Any help would be much appreciated, im a pretty big newbie when it comes to the ins and outs of pc gaming.

Heres my Benchmark, for reference.
