Mamba Issues

I have a Razer Mamba and a couple of other Razer products that have chroma, and I have only ever had trouble with my mouse. I have my keyboard, mouse mat, headphone stand, and headphones all plugged into my computer and they all come up in Chroma Studio on Razer Synapse EXCEPT my mamba. The only way I can get all my devices to have the same color is in the chroma visualizer. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

p.s. I tried plugging my mouse into different USB ports but it does not fix the issue.
