My Razer Mamba just stops working right after install Razer Synapse 3 Beta. Just curious did anyone has same issue like me and wondering if that's the firmware being overwrite by app's mistake or not? Contact support by live chat twice but no feedback by email for RMA number as their promise, don't know what to do next??

I had same issue, got it working after lots of troubleshooting.

Does it work when u delete razer synapse 3? try older versions of synapse
Try according to live chat agent's instruction but still not working, too sad that Razer can't do any service for out of warranty product which frustrating me and make me to have second hesitate to order the Razer product again.
