My order can’t be delivered because Razer didn’t include a Commercial Shipping Invoice so FedEx won’t deliver. Razer won’t answer emails. Chat is never available and there is NO customer service for online orders.
Can anyone give me a telephone number to call? I just want a refund at this point.
Needless to say I will never order direct from Razer again

Mine has been stuck in customs since Thursday for the same reason. Supposedly missing measurements on the invoice. I managed to get an agent in chat Friday who told me it was being handled and wouldn’t be late but that seems like it’s not the case. Their support seems to be lacking.
