Mouse buttons working intermittently Razer Naga Trinity


So I had a new Razer Naga Trinity with both mouse buttons working interemittently. 90% of the time the mouse worked just fine but it has these periods of time that it would just not register every or any click which is super annoying as you can imagine while gaming.

I've been in contact with support for the better part of a year now and have already got a replacement product (the same model). Now this mouse has developed the same issue after a week or two. Several reinstalls, reconfigurations, testing on several computers with and without Synapse installed etc.. have confirmed it to be a hardware issue of the product and nothing software related (in the case of both mice).

Now after being in contact with support again they are offering me a replacement Trinity for the second time which i'm unsure about. Is there any recorded cases of people getting a different product/refund/voucher or any solution whatsoever different from receiving the same model again? At this point I have no trust in the Razer Naga Trinity specifically and would rather even go back to my old Razer Naga Hex which started malfunctioning only after 6 years rather than running in to the same issue again and again with this model.

I've asked this in the support correspondence several times over too but I keep getting automated responses, that's why i'm asking here if anyone has some advice/idea as to how I could proceed.

If you can no longer trust our Naga Trinity, perhaps choose a mouse on the same price range, and I will do my best to try to have that as your replacement. No guarantees, but I will give it my best shot. That said, do you get the same results no matter the side panel you attach?

My apologies I have only noticed this reply just now, does this offer still stand? The problem persists after changing the side panel yes and it has actually grown worse in the past month. I didn't send my current mouse back yet out of fear of it having the same issue yet they told me I can still ask for a new RMA number. I also can't really see similar mice of the same price category of Razer. I suppose it's impossible to aquire the older version of the razer naga hex? I do like the newer version esthetically and ergonomically so I would love it if it worked 100% but after having two faulty models I can't really see myself being a unique case.

Yes, I can send in a request on your behalf should you want to give it a shot. That said, the Naga Hex is off the table. We just don't have them anymore. Send me your ticket numbers via PM. I'll take it from there.
