Mouse dock chroma not working with Deathadder V2 Pro

I recently got my deathadder v2 pro mouse with the charging dock and the mouse works fine with my computer and synapse 3 but the mouse dock itself does not work at all. I was even given a new mouse dock but the same problem still occurs. My charging cable that came with the mouse works perfectly fine with the mouse so the only issue is not my computer USB port or the cable but the charging dock itself. Please help and look into this ASAP.
