I'm having an issue with my mouse. When I click and hold, it makes random multi click, especially, when I click and softly release the pressure without totally releasing (I hope you know what I mean). This is really annoying when I use my mouse and click and get a double/triple clic.
I hope somebody can help me. Thanks!

I am an owner of now two Mamba Elite models. I am currently trying to get my money back after two defective models. The first I had for no more than two months after I noticed it started double clicking/ghost clicking. After two weeks I finally got a replacement, and literally five days after I got it, the mouse was already starting to double click. The other interesting thing I found is that it is a progressive issue; the mouse switch 1 will start to malfunction, then some time later after use, the mouse switch 2 will start to malfunction as well. I honestly can't believe it's happening, but out of the thousands of models they have made of this device, I get two in a row that can't even last a quarter of a year. Damn shame. I still have a Deathadder 2013, and a Mamba TE from 5 years ago, both work fine, they're just worn out. I would have figured that newer "improved" Razer products would do the same. As for your case, file for RMA and demand a refund. The Mamba Elite is absolutely cursed in my opinion. I'm personally debating even trying another Razer product, mind you I have a keyboard and I've gone through 4 different gaming mice, and I have gone through 2 mouse pads so I'd say I'm a dedicated customer.

Getting a similar issue with my Mamba Wireless owned since June. Left click and dragging will drop whatever I'm dragging. Hard to highlight text. Can't drag and drop windows around. Tried replacing it with Razer Viper Elite, but that one started to disconnect and lag everywhere. Sent it right back. The fixes online don't seem to help. There are videos about turning off power monument in the USB device properties. I've tried reinstalling Synapse. Resetting firmware. I have the latest installed.
I believe I have the same exact problem. I contacted support, and they want "pictures" of what it is doing! How do I go about that. I've tried to video capture the screen when it's happening, but how can you tell what is going on? I just looks like I'm making mistakes and correcting. this is so frustrating!
My left button "releases" while it's still depressed and then will re-engage while dragging. So if I'm trying to multi select in my graphic program, it selects moves and drops repeatedly. I've messed up graphics this way, because it does this at random. Working perfect for 3 days, then all of a sudden stops functioning correctly all day.
