Hi, so my problem is that neither my keyboard (ornata chroma) nor my mouse (basilisk) are still connected to the games I'm playing. I mean dynamic RGB in Apex/Ruiner etc.
I checked both synapse and in-game setting, everything is set correctly, I've reinstalled whole razer software, but nothing helped.
I contaced razer support twice, each time I was told to wait 2/3 days till they examine, in both cases more than 2/3 weeks passed and I don't have any solve.
This feature worked for ~about a year without any problems, I updated everything I could, several times. I have Win 10 and Synapse 3.
Could anyone help?
