My Razer Kraken 7.1 are not detected by Synapse 3

Hi, I bought Kraken 7.1 headphones with the Jack and I downloaded synapse 3 but when I open it tells me that I have no device connected, how do I fix it?

It suppose to be automatically detected by the software. to be confirmed that you bought an authentic product, did you had already register that headset on Razer Product Registration right here https://www.razer.com/product-registration ? If already successfully registered, so we can proceed to the next troubleshooting method.

If you still encounter that problem, First thing you may update your Synapse Software, select/click through Settings > About > then Check for Updates. If the updates do not run or problem remains, you may try to uninstall that Synapse Software and download again with the latest Synapse Framework from Razer Support Website.
