My Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 arent recognised by my pc

I have many razer products and i love them but my headsets always brake, my razer headhammers pro v2 only worked for like a week and now only microphone works on them without sound and my loved razer kraken chroma 7.1 arent recognised by my pc it says that they are an unrecognised usb device someone pleas help i didnt have razer care for both of them and i dont want to just throw them away, any ideas ?

Contact Razer support on Twitter. Not sure what other options there are if you don't want to use Twitter. They seem quite helpful - they tried to help me with my faulty mouse wheel button on my Deathadder despite it being out of warranty (they even asked how things are going because I didn't try fixing it right away). However, the compressed air they suggested didn't work (or could've made it worse) 😬

Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Does the issue happen while connecting it to a different USB port or computer? If that didn't help, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.
