My Razer Wireless headphones disconnected from the bluetooth doungle and dont work [PLEASE HELP]

Hi, my Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Headphones randomly disconnected/de-sync from the bluetooth doungle. When i turn them on, all i see from the headphones are a blue blinking light. I have tried to connect the doungle to the computer but i doesn't recognize it as the Razer Nari Ultimate. Is there any way to reconnect the headphones to the USB bluetooth doungle or something??

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari Ultimate's concern here. Please ensure that your headset is fully charged or charge in about 4 hours from with static red light indicator. By the way, does the issue happen while it is connected to a different USB port or a different device?
Mine also no longer sync with the USB dongle. It seems to not sync when the dongle is plugged into any USB port, or any other computers. This is unfortunate, only a few weeks in from my purchase, and I really like these headphones.

Mine do not sync as well, i have re installed synapse but that didnt fix the issue , had to keep changing usb ports till it eventually worked but it does not register with my synapse and does not even show up as a connected device. then it would de sync again and i have to keep changing usb ports till it shows up again.. but still no synapse . Please assist me
