Naga Chroma Keybinds Not Working

I have an annoying issue since a recent update to Synapse, where whilst playing any game, it will shortly stop using my profiles keybinds and revert to default, of which they will not revert until I close synapse and re-open. this happens every 5 minutes, sometimes 10, and is incredibly irritating as I use mouse buttons 4 & 5 as those, not the default keybinding to change sensitivity. Oddly however the profile's colour selection doesn't change and occasionally will disconnect and reconnect the mouse on occasion. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this happens on & off every other update to Synapse.
