Nari disconecting

My razer nari disconnects about 1-2 times per hour during gameplay may need help not sure if dongle is going out or if me headset needs firmware ui update any assistance would be helpful also I noticed that if I try to use the passthrough for dongle on my blackwidow synapse sees the headset but it does not transmit sound

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari's concern on our Support board. When did the issue start? Have you tried connecting the dongle to a different USB port computer? Ensure to connect the dongle directly on your PC's USB port and check if the issue persists. Please send me a PM together with your keyboard's serial number and Razer Synapse version.
