Nari essential mic randomly stopped working on my PC.

Ive been using this mic for months so ive gone through all the settings, its set as my default, the volume is turned up in all apps. privacy setting are set to accept but still nothing, ive gone through everything in the control panel. All the while, I know the mic is actually pickling up sound cause i can hear it through the monitoring when i talk. but it doesnt actually work when i try to use it for gaming. Itll even say that "squad" or "hell let loose" has access to my mic when playing but nothing. Please help as ive been trying to figure this out for days now and it beginning to get extremely frustrating as all the games i play are team based games where communication is key. pretty hard when my mic wont work for mysterious reasons. Please help. I just did the "repair" option for synapse 3 where it redownloads so im hoping that solves the problem. i doubt it though.

Can anybody help me solve this problem? I hoped the support would get back to me, like ive seen them do with so many other people. But I doubt it. It seems this is a VERY COMMON problem with windows 10 and razer mics but it seems nobody has been able to find a solution, as all my internet searches give me the same results; check setting and volumes, check privacy settings and control panel. Nobody has a real solution, they just say check this and that, which ive done 50 fucking times.
