Nari Headset will not pair

I have downloaded the Firmware Updater and it continues to show the same problem. I click update and it updates, but then shows the message "Requires update".
I have uninstalled and re-installed synapse, tried different ports for the dongle but the headset continues to display a blinking blue light.
Fix?

Can you send me a short video clip when you're trying to update its firmware showing the error message? For now, try using Nari Pairing Utility. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a copy of your proof of purchase. That way, I can validate its warranty status. Let's go from there.
