Nari Ultimate Issues

I bought my nari ultimate in 2019 june, i know 3 years maybe time for an upgrade but still.
So issues, with what to begin..

1.I think my battery is dead, or doesn't want to charge idk. They are not turning on if they are not plugged in, and instantly turning off when plugging them out, razer synapse telling me they are "charging"
2.Sound just from the right channel, that happens if i turn the wheel all the way up, but if i turn it down a little no problem. Not a big deal, but annoying
3.THX does not work since windows 11 update, since the update i have THX sound for Game and Chat, for some reason. Of course tried all them fixes, reinstalling synapse, drivers, headphones but nothing

Is there a fix, for any of those problems?

Edit: and for problem 1, everytime headphones are on, i can hear a very quiet humming noise(keeps 1 sec) every 5 secconds from the left cup, maybe that's the motherboard trying to charge or something, which aswell not a big problem, but annoying
