Nari Ultimate not pairing pc

I used the 3.5mm connector normally, then when trying to sync with windows (dongle recognized) it doesn't work. Been trying to pair it again withe the razer nari pairing utility. But it gets to 45% then jumps back down to like 20% and keeps doing that until it says pairing failed. I have also used the firmware updater and dongle recovery tool. It all works fine until i try and pair it. And what makes it very annoying is that i cant even buy a new dongle cause they are never in stock. Like i can still use it wired but what was the point in buying a wireless headset if it doesnt work.

Same problem here, just randomly happened for no reason at all. Updates, pairing, utilities...nothing works. This is the first Razor product I've owned, and will be the last. Seems like they are riding their brand name a little too hard if they aren't on top of fixing problems. Of course they won't have dongles in stock, why do that when you can blow a lot more cash on a new headset. Or do the better thing and go to another company.

Same problem here after it has worked for about a year.

As you've both not gotten a response yet it seems fairly useless to be getting support here just like the chat function just rehashes their FAQ and the tools they provide don't work. Definitely my last time getting a Razer product.

After working for a year, I am also experiencing the same problem. Because neither of you have gotten a response yet, there is little point in contacting support through this forum, considering how their chat functionality duplicates their FAQ and their tools don't work. APK products are definitely my last
purchase.

aca tengo el mismo problema, de un dia para otro mi razer blade dejo de reconocer el puerto dongle de mi razer nari ultimate, no entiendo el motivo, ni como sucedió, e intentado hasta lo imposible y nada, alguna solucion??
