Nari Ultimate stopped working

OK this is a strange one. I was using my Nari headset today and everything was fine. Game worked, Discord worked, and so on. Then I think the battery gave out. I plugged the headsets in to charge them, and everything had gone wrong. I got no audio on anything. Windows sound settings would strobe from seeing the headsets to not seeing them, and switching audio to the monitor to nothing back to the monitor. The "recover dongle" utility is useless, it SAYS "dongle recovered" but then no. I can't get the firmware updater to work, it never detects the dongle is plugged in no matter what I do. Discord will give me a message saying the headphones were detected and do I want to switch to them. I click yes and get nothing. Going into Discord voice and video settings and all I see is "default", the PC speaker, the monitors, and the 3.5mm headphone jack output. Nothing about a microphone.

If I go to windows sound settings, the dongle is not recognized. If I unplug it then plug it back in, the input and output device options start blinking. The blinking stops when I unplug the dongle. If I unplug the dongle and connect the headphones directly to the PC, Discord detects them and asks if I want to switch, but then nothing. The PC says the headphones were detected and then that they are set up - but windows sound settings shows nothing.

Everything WAS working. I changed no settings. The headphones simply cut off because of a low battery. Would that simple act BRICK these things?

Did you already try to press the power button for at least 3 seconds? Does the LED status indicator show color red? Try to charge the headset for at least 4 hours. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of your device so I can start a case and forward your concern to the RMA Team for a replacement request.
