New Razer Naga Trinity - Left-mouse "unclicking" constantly


I recently bought this mouse and everything had been fine until this week when I noticed whenever I was holding down and dragging my left-mouse button (usually when dragging inventory items around or moving the camera), it would "drop." This also translates outside of games. To troubleshoot, I tried plugging in my mouse into two other computers and had similar results when clicking and holding down the left-mouse button. Other support pages suggested this is likely a hardware issue, so I would like some assistance since this mouse really shouldn't have wear and tear issues considering I bought it 2 months ago.

I tried using the Live Chat option but no support member has been available when using it. I assume due to COVID manning.

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this as it is getting worse and impacting my gameplay even more.
